We are excited to announce that we have received funding from NZ Racing Board to assist with the cost of our annual lease of the course. As we are all aware, funds have been tight and will continue to be tight moving forward, so any financial assistance given is greatly appreciated. Without the support of funders and sponsors, we simply wouldn't be able to achieve things around the club.
A bit about TAB:
When you bet with the TAB on the gallops, trots, or greyhounds, take a punt on the All Blacks or European football, every betting dollar contributes to grassroots racing and sports in New Zealand as well as the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of Kiwis involved in these sectors. Each year, around $170 million is returned to New Zealand racing and sports.
